This dessert is great any time of the year and it's quick and easy to make!!! Change up the recipe by substituting different fruits. For this example I used raspberries and blueberries!
The custard has a nice combination of tartness and sweetness without being too sweet. Next time I'll try baking the custard without the fruit and add the fresh fruit to the top after it's been baked to give it a different touch.
