Pre-made: 3-5 business days

Shipping Time:
Canada: 1-2 weeks
United States: 1-3 weeks
International orders: 1-4 weeks*
*during holidays packages may take longer than usual to arrive. 
***Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes or duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Pick Up
If you would like to pick up your order in person feel free to send us an email at and we can make arrangements. We are located in Toronto, Canada.

Returns + Exchange 
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for handbags within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unused. Please contact us to proceed. The exchange or refund will be given once the bag is received and inspected to be in original condition. If the product is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Small leather goods(wallets and small accessories)
  • Custom orders.
  • Sale Items: Anything labeled as on sale at purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may return the bag in person if you are located in Toronto, Canada. For orders outside Canada please indicate return delivery on the package. 

Lost in transit: All packages are delivered with tracking. They are out of our hands after shipment and we are not held responsible for any packages lost in transit.
